In 2015, Debra Wilcox passed away.  Debra was the sister of Dee Wilcox, Founder & CEO of the AnnieRuth Foundation and the granddaughter of Ruth Kearney – of whom the AnnieRuth Foundation is affectionately named.

In 2019, Dee created a scholarship platform to keep her sister’s memory alive; sharing with the world how devoted Debra was to her family, her country, the arts, and empowering others to be successful.

Applications for 2024 scholarship awards are currently being accepting.  High school seniors may apply for as many scholarships as they are eligible.
