In 2015, Debra Wilcox passed away. Debra was the sister of Dee Wilcox, Founder & CEO of the AnnieRuth Foundation and the granddaughter of Ruth Kearney – of whom the AnnieRuth Foundation is affectionately named.
In 2019, Dee created a scholarship platform to keep her sister’s memory alive; sharing with the world how devoted Debra was to her family, her country, the arts, and empowering others to be successful.
