As a parent, I’ve seen firsthand the positive impact this program has had on my son’s confidence, leadership, and career direction. As an employee, I couldn’t help but think about my company's strong commitment to education, workforce development, and community engagement; values that align directly with what the AnnieRuth Foundation delivers.

Through the AnnieRuth Foundation’s Summer Internship Program, I’ve learned ways to be successful; from learning how to perform well during an interview, to speaking out more when in public, to learning how to start my own business. The experience has given me confidence and has equipped me with tools to comfortably handle any challenge that comes my way. I am very thankful to the AnnieRuth Foundation for providing this opportunity.
