Support the AnnieRuth Foundation’s Summer Internship Program
The AnnieRuth Foundation’s Summer Internship Program is a one year, points-based program that provides a platform for high school students to develop personal, academic, and workforce readiness skills. Over the course of the year, students complete a business application, write a 1,000-word essay (focused on their career aspiration), complete 40 hours of classroom instruction and complete a professional interview (conducted by Human Resources professionals). In addition, students are required to participate in a community service project. Ultimately, students are placed in a safe, professional environment that directly aligns with their career aspiration. This affords them the opportunity to receive hands-on experience, an adult mentor, and a paycheck.
