Inandi_Wyche_ScholarshipInandi Gayle Wyche was born December 17, 2002 in Jacksonville, FL. She attended the Duval County Public School system and was scheduled to graduate from Jean Ribault High School in the Spring of 2021.

Inandi was an active member of Mt. Ararat Missionary Baptist Church. Inandi was well known in her community for her selfless acts of kindness; she left a positive impact on those she encountered and was extremely passionate about feeding the homeless.

Inandi was a loving daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin, goddaughter, and friend to many. She enjoyed dancing, cheering, shopping and hanging out with family and friends.

Inandi loved learning new things and being involved in extracurricular activities at Jean Ribault High School. She was a varsity cheerleader, a member of the volleyball team, a member of the Student Council and a member of the D’Xtreme Dance Team. Inandi’s future plans were to attend college and become a Pharmacist.

Inandi Gayle Wyche, a young lady who loved God, her family and her community, received her crown and joined God’s Royal Court on March 19, 2020.

Scholarship Eligibility

  • Current 12th grade student
  • Maintains a 3.0 GPA
  • Majoring in Pharmaceutical Sciences/pre-pharmacy program

Scholarship Selection

The organization will select 1 scholarship recipient in June of each year. The recipient will receive $500 paid directly to the student. Selection criteria will focus on academic ability and achievements, persistence and leadership abilities. A rigorous application review includes:

  • A 1,000 word, original essay; highlighting candidate’s reasons for wanting to pursue a career in the medical field, demonstrated leadership skills and commitment to excellence.
  • 2 letters of recommendation (1 from student’s teacher/school administrator and 1 from a community leader).
  • School transcripts

Application Timeline

The application process is from April 1 – May 31. The application, essay, letters of recommendation and transcript are due by May 31. Scholarship semi-finalists will be notified no later than June 31.
